Hi! I’m Posi, a first-year graduate student at VCU. I’m a Christian. I’m looking for a female roommate to find a new place from mid-July to August 3rd. My budget maxes out at $1200 per month (including utilities). During the week, I’ll be going to classes and doing lab work. I prefer a place close to VCU or close to public transportation. I value a clean living space. I’m very respectful of shared spaces and believe in keeping the kitchen and living room tidy. I’m looking for a quiet, friendly, and nice roommate.
