My name is Joshua Tenas and I’m looking for a room to stay in for the summer (end of May until the end of August) until I leave for JMU for my first semester. I’m interesting in touring this room and possibly putting an offer down. I believe that I’m a great candidate as I have a stable job that has given me raises and planning to promote me with even more pay. I’m reliable, organized, and resilient with my time and money which will allow me to manage the rent. I’ve already proven that I can handle a job, school, bills, and still get into JMU’s honors college; this shows my commitment and resilience. If chosen to proceed with the room offer, I will make it my top priority to keep the integrity of the house and participate in cleanliness and help with whatever I can.
