Single professional woman in my mid-40s working in healthcare in Napa. I’ve lived in the area for about two years and am looking for a peaceful, respectful living environment. I tend to thrive in quieter households, especially after long workdays in healthcare, and value cleanliness, communication, and consideration in shared spaces.

I don’t have pets, I don’t smoke, and I’m not much of a partier. Most of my time is spent working, relaxing, exercising, or exploring Napa and the surrounding areas. I’m friendly and easygoing but also appreciate personal space and downtime.

Ideally, I’m looking for a month-to-month or 6-month arrangement initially to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone, with the possibility of extending the lease agreement from there. I generally prefer homes or smaller multi-unit settings rather than large apartment complexes.
