Larissa Vieira

I just started a new job over in Wilmington so I’m moving from West Philly to help reduce my commute given the cost of gas nowadays. I plan to stay for a minimum of 6 months, but I’d happily stay longer if the place is a great fit and we get along well. I’m very chill and always respectful of shared spaces, but can appreciate a chat or catch up here and there. I’ve been renting since 2019 and have never been late with rent or any bills. I travel up to NYC often since my friends and family are out there, but I’m hoping to get to know Wilmington and the surrounding areas a bit more in time.
