Hey everyone!

I graduated from Harvard in 2018, worked in Beijing for a while, and now I’m planning my move to LA. I’m a friendly and conscientious person who enjoys both socializing and personal space, so I get along with both really outgoing and more quiet, reclusive roommates as well.

I’m looking to move in November 1st and am leaning toward a 6 or 12-month lease or month to month depending on the situation. I’m professional, tidy, and very responsible and look for the same in potential roommates.

My budget is roughly $800 but it’s flexible — I’m a big fan of negotiation/compromise, so it’s more about the feeling and the right fit rather than meeting specific needs. Two things I do need are in-unit washing/drying and some sort of parking ー I’ll be bringing my car and I’d rather avoid a place with crowded streets. Oh, and I love pets but I’m allergic so I definitely need a pet-free place.

I’ve got a high credit score and references if necessary and am always on time with payments.
