Professional 3-night commuter seeking room/pvt bath with laundry & kitchen access. I am a healthcare professional looking for a stable “home base” for my work week. My schedule is typically 2 full days and 3 nights (often Sunday night–Wednesday morning), but I am looking for a host who can be flexible if those specific days shift occasionally.

Why I’m a great roommate: Because I work in healthcare, I am responsible, exceptionally clean, and value a quiet environment. Since I spend more than half the week at my primary residence, I am a very “low-impact” tenant — you’ll have the home to yourself 4 days a week! I keep common areas spotless and am easy to get along with.

What I need: Private bedroom and private bathroom. Full access to the kitchen for meal prep and laundry for work clothes. A budget-friendly rate around $650–$700/month.
