Average, low-key, 38, single, white, male, no partners or pets and no intentions (maybe a service animal but that wouldn’t be until next year), no smoking/alcohol/drugs/addictions/criminal history. I keep to myself and don’t require visitors though it would be nice. I do have a car which is required for work so I need to park somewhere but I’m flexible with that.

I’m totally fine if whoever I live with has visitors or pets, also grass is cool with me but anything illegal is not.

I’m quiet, I leave things as I find them unless hazardous, I clean up after myself and don’t have many possessions, nothing larger than a two-seat couch and a laptop.

Happy to team up with someone if they’re interested in combining knowledge and/or money to find a place. Got a car and happy to provide rides at no cost - my work schedule is flexible. Also happy to help with chores!

• I have 15 years in customer and general technical support, I can build a gaming PC and troubleshoot a network
• Understanding of legal documentation, though I’m not licensed I can help interpret and provide resources
• Jack of all trades, master of none handiwork experience… family and friend experience with some housework, specifically lawns, plumbing, extermination, insulation, and a little bit of flooring/door construction related maintenance
• Hobbies include writing, philosophy, comedy, video games, movies, and overall nerd stuff
