Hi everyone! I’m a 25-year-old male graduating this summer and moving to the Nashville area for work. I’m looking for a room to rent starting in early July, preferably for 6 months to 1 year. I am open to team up and rent as well.

A little about what I’m looking for: Budget: around $1000/month including utilities Location: within about 30 minutes of Brentwood Prefer a private bathroom, but I’m okay sharing if it’s with only one other person Prefer a house with 2–3 roommates rather than a large apartment setup Pet-friendly is totally fine

About me: I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and pretty quiet. I’ll mostly be busy with work during the week, so I’m looking for a comfortable and relaxed place with considerate roommates. I’m responsible with bills, keep shared spaces tidy, and easy to get along with. I enjoy a peaceful home environment and value good communication.
