I’m a responsible, respectful, and easygoing professional looking for a clean, peaceful, and well-maintained place to call home for the next year or two while I transition back to Broward County. I’m currently a homeowner in Volusia County, so I understand the importance of respecting a home, taking care of shared spaces, and being considerate of the people you live with.

I’m relocating back to Broward to put myself in a stronger financial position so I can continue maintaining my home up north while working toward making South Florida my permanent home again in the future. Stability, cleanliness, and a positive living environment are very important to me.

As a roommate/tenant, I’m dependable, financially responsible, quiet, and very mindful of keeping common areas clean and organized. I genuinely appreciate living with people who take pride in their home, because I do the same. I’m not into drama, excessive partying, or creating unnecessary stress in a household.
