Hi! I’m looking for a private room or studio/apartment setup for myself in the Springfield/Franconia area. I’m a clean, organized, and respectful person who values a quiet and comfortable living environment.

I’ve been in the DMV area for a few years now and currently work while completing my Master’s degree. Outside of work/school, I enjoy going to the gym, playing soccer, and cooking regularly.

Ideally looking for a professional and respectful household with a similar mindset. Assigned parking is preferred since I drive an EV. Looking for a 6–12 month stay, potentially longer-term if it’s a good fit.
