🏠 Looking for a room near UCI — Sept 1 to Dec 21

Hi everyone! My name is Andrea, I’m a PhD student from the University of Pisa (Italy) coming to UCI as a Visiting Researcher in the MAE Department. I’ll be here for the Fall semester only — September 1 to December 21, 2026 — working on aerospace research at the Engineering Gateway building.

I’m looking for a furnished single room in a shared apartment, budget up to $1,000/month all-inclusive (utilities: electricity, gas, water, WiFi included), ideally within biking distance of campus.

About me: quiet, clean, respectful of shared spaces. I’m here to work and do research — mostly at the lab during the day. No parties, no smoking, no pets. I have a J-1 visa (official UCI appointment) and my funding is guaranteed through my Italian PhD program. Happy to provide my UCI invitation letter or any references needed.
