I’m clean, respectful, and pretty easygoing people to live with. I value having a peaceful and comfortable home environment, especially since I’m student and spend a lot of time practicing, studying, or working. I’m responsible with rent and shared spaces, communicate directly if issues come up, and respect each other’s privacy and schedules.

Personally, I’m a violin performance graduate student, I plan to rent for at least a year, so most of my time goes into practicing, classes, and rehearsals rather than partying or bringing large groups over. I’m looking for a roommate who wants a calm, friendly, and stable living situation where everyone can feel comfortable and respected.
