I’m 35, non-binary (any pronoun), I can usually get along with anyone. I’m optimistic, mostly happy, extremely neuro-spicy, always clean & organized. I like intellectual conversation, going on walks, watching TV, board game nights, and going to Rumours on the weekends.

I’m clean and organized, will do weekly chores, and I’m willing to work around schedules because I’m a night owl.

I need a dishwasher and laundry on site. A/C either included or the authorization to put one in my window. I prefer no stairs in the house, due to back problems, a single flight of stairs outside is okay. I have a reserve parking sign for myself and need a spot to put it, due to working late and not wanting to park on the street then walk home.
