I’m a longtime IT professional planning a move back to Colorado while transitioning into new local employment and professional training opportunities in both technology and healthcare-related fields. I previously lived and worked in Colorado and have always appreciated the balance of outdoor access, climate, and overall quality of life there, so this is a thoughtful long-term relocation plan rather than a random move.

I’m financially stable, easygoing, respectful to live with, and looking for a calm, stable living environment with mature roommates or housemates. I keep shared spaces clean, communicate well, and generally prefer a quieter home atmosphere over constant noise or drama. I’m friendly and social when it happens naturally, but I also value downtime and personal space and tend to recharge quietly at home.

Outside of work, I’m into cycling, hiking, road trips, music, photography, technology, and exploring new places. I enjoy being outdoors and staying active. I’m cannabis-friendly but prefer a clean home without heavy indoor smoke, and I’m completely fine with pets.

I’m open to both the Denver metro area and the Colorado Springs area depending on the right housing, location, and overall fit. Since I’ve previously lived in Colorado, I’m already familiar with many parts of the Front Range and open to a variety of communities including Denver, Arvada, Westminster, Lakewood, Broomfield, Littleton, Colorado Springs, Monument and nearby areas.

Ideally looking for a furnished room or shared home situation for at least 6 months, possibly longer if it’s a good fit for everyone.
