Hi everyone, I’m a 19 year old female student looking for a room available in Tallahassee with a budget of $800/month including utilities. I’m respectful, clean, communicative, and pretty easygoing. I’d love to live with people who are also cleanly, friendly, considerate, and not extremely loud/ chaotic. Pets are good with me too (especially cats) as long as they’re chill & you upkeep cleaning after them. Distance from campus isn’t a huge issue for me but would prefer to be near the FAMU/FSU area.
