Been living at the same address for 10 + years, my landlord is older and she wants to sell her home in 2 years . I am searching early to find a suitable place for me . I work fulltime in support care field for almost 11 years, and previous law enforcement background . I am single, no pets, I do not party, or have lots of people visiting me. I do not smoke, I do not use drugs. I do enjoy wine on my days off from work. I do not have a criminal background. I can pass any and all background checks. I prefer a quiet clean private place basement or guest house for rent with ( ONE} 1 landlord/owner mature female preferred. Not looking to rent a place with several tenants, and loud parties or lots of different people . Prefer included in the rent, separate entrance, wi-fi internet, electricity, trash, washer & dryer, air conditioning, private bathroom , refrigerator and allowed cooking in rented space, hot plate, air fryer , 1 parking spot. I am ok with pets. I am looking to rent long term not for weeks or months. I am honest, trustworthy, employed , law abiding citizen and I will respect your property.
