I am a professor, currently working as a Visiting Scholar at Drexel University. I will be staying in Philadelphia for one year. I am looking for a private room with own private bathroom.

I have a quiet and professional lifestyle, and I value cleanliness, respect, and open communication. I’m easygoing and communicative: if something needs to be discussed (chores, guests, noise), I’d rather just talk it through directly and kindly.

I don’t smoke, I don’t host parties, and I always keep shared spaces clean. I’m looking for a peaceful home with respectful roommates where everyone feels comfortable. I’m respectful of others’ space and privacy, and expect the same in return.

As an academic on a university-affiliated stipend, I have stable, verifiable income and can provide references from my institution if needed. I’m looking for a home where I can focus on my work during the week while still enjoying a friendly, low-drama living environment.
