I’m a quiet, responsible, and clean professional starting a new job in Sahuarita as an Engineering Technician. I’m looking for a simple, peaceful place to live — preferably just for myself, but open to a respectful and easygoing roommate situation.

I’m a homebody. My routine is pretty much work → home → work. I don’t smoke, I rarely drink (and only at home), and I don’t party or bring loud guests. I’m very clean and organized — I shower twice a day, keep my space tidy, and like to cook.

I might need to bring my wife’s small dog for a few weeks (around a month), but that would be temporary. I’m not a TV person, and I don’t drive after drinking — safety and respect for others are very important to me.
