Hello! My name is Andrei, and I’m a professional general contractor and owner of General Forms LLC, currently based in Tacoma. I’m planning to relocate closer to Kirkland, Bellevue, and Redmond because most of my projects and business opportunities are now located in that area. My company specializes in high-quality residential and commercial remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, tile installation, flooring, framing, waterproofing systems, and custom construction work.

I’m a responsible, respectful, clean, and hardworking person who spends most of the time working or focusing on business development. I have more than 9 years of experience in construction and take pride in being organized, dependable, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I value a quiet and comfortable living environment.

An important detail is that I drive a large Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for work, and I also have professional tools and equipment that need safe storage space, garage access, or suitable parking. Because of this, I’m looking for housing that can accommodate a larger vehicle and some storage needs.
