Hi! I’m a student here for a summer internship in the Ravenswood area — here for the work, not the party. I keep a clean, quiet space, respect shared areas, and I’m the kind of person who does their dishes the same day. I’m out of the apartment most weekdays (9–6) so you’ll barely notice I’m there. I pay on time, I don’t have guests over without checking first, and I genuinely believe a good living situation comes down to communication and basic respect — both of which I take seriously.
