Hi! My son MJ and I are looking for a peaceful, clean, and respectful place to call home. I work in data analysis/security-related roles and keep a pretty quiet routine, especially since I often work overnight schedules. MJ is a well-behaved, smart, and active kid, and we value a calm, drama-free environment. We’re very respectful of shared spaces, pay attention to cleanliness, and believe in open communication and being considerate neighbors/tenants. Most of our time is spent working, studying, relaxing, or enjoying simple family time together. We’d love a comfortable basement apartment or private space where we can settle in and feel at home.
