PERSONALITY: Extremely easy-going, cheerful, and sensitive to people’s moods & feelings, very neat, quiet, sensitive to other people’s moods. (* Can provide recommendations if desired. 😀)

LIFESTYLE: Will never have visitors w/o asking permission first, will not take over the house/apt, will never engage un any activity that “stinks up” the resudence.

PAYMENT: Well-funded - (I will not argue with you over nickels & dimes). Rent will always be paid promptly and in-full. - (I’ve been told by past individuals that I’ve been a perfect roomie) 😃

ROOM: size is not an issue for me. If the room is bigger than a shoebox, then it’s completely acceptable
