Hello! I’ve been looking to move closer to Chardon for a few years, but haven’t been able to afford it while paying my current living expenses in the Akron area. I have 3 kids who have moved to Chardon with their mom, so I want to move closer to them. I need a place that is large enough for them when they stay with me (every other weekend and probably 1 or 2 nights during the week). I think it would be great to find a larger home that would be out of everyone’s budget as individuals but workable together.

I’m a home remodeler and love to find ways to use space creatively. My kids are really fun, sweet and intelligent but can also be a little on the loud, chaotic side (would be great to have a yard for them to get outside!)
