I’m gainfully employed, easy-going, clean and neat, friendly, respectful, and polite. I don’t drink or smoke, and I generally enjoy a calm, laid-back environment. My dog is also well-behaved, happy and friendly, not loud, and getting a bit old (probably about 9). My cat is also quiet, independent, very well behaved, and is also getting old (also probably around 9). We’re a happy family (meaning myself and my two pets) going through some changes and looking for a reliable place to live that’s looking for a responsible roommate and willing to accept a couple of great extra friends.

To be clear, I do not party or live in chaos or drama and I don’t really have interest in living in a home where that is common. I truly value the peace and comfort of home.

Also, I play guitar and love music, but of course I’m more than willing to be respectful with noise with headphones, etc. But hopefully that can be a shared interest? Other hobbies include cooking and food, plants, art, video game music video games (kinda)…

I am open to questions, as well.
