I am very repsectful, quiet, neat and easy to get along with. If I am not at work I am at home and live pretty simple in terms of lifestyle. I keep to myself, but I also like to engage with others who have similar interests. I am single and have grown children who are out of the house and no longer living with me. I have a stream of income and I am working towards saving up to eventually have my own place, but in the meantime would like to live somewhere that is financially manageble at this time. I am looking to rent a private room with a private bathroom. I am looking for a basment or a mother in law quaters. I would like the flexibily with having family or friends over from time to time.
