hi, i’m tomek. i just graduated from uni, and i’m starting a stable tech job as a data analyst in nyc. i’m looking for 2-3 other people to build a warm, social, beautiful home with for around a year, maybe longer.

my dream neighborhood is the east village, but i’m open to surrounding areas, plus williamsburg, greenpoint, bushwick, ridgewood, astoria, etc. for the right people. my budget is ideally around $2.2k, with $1.8k–2.4k as the range. willing to match with various budgets.

i’d love to find my co-conspirators and new best friends for a home that is warm, social, clean, and actually alive :) communal dinners, movie nights, book clubs, shared music, occasional gatherings, friends-of-friends, and a real common space are very much the dream. not a messy party house (please), but not a sterile roommate setup either, where we just say hi in the kitchen and then disappear into our rooms.

i’m into philosophy, cities, design, sustainability, literature, film, tea, debate, ai and its impacts, long walks, and ambitious weird projects. i grew up in the nyc metro and am originally from europe. i’m vegan, but roommates don’t need to be; just respectful/open around food. queer-friendly is important, as i’m bi and male-presenting but more gender-fluid.

i care a lot about aesthetics, direct communication, clean shared spaces, and making home feel like somewhere people are happy to come back to. looking for kind, fun, curious, emotionally mature people who can host, laugh, clean, pay rent, and be normal about conflict. i emphasize clean, it’s important to me.
