I own a home near DC and my permanent work is in Hagerstown. I would prefer to avoid that drive during the week. I am looking for a place to sleep/shower/store my food Sunday evening through Friday morning (and some weekends if work or weather requires). About me: I’m quiet, clean, low maintenance, keep to myself. I go to the gym each morning at 6:00, shower and dress for work there. My work ends at 5pm. I meal prep at home during the weekends and I don’t drink or smoke. When I’m bored, I run, journal, read, work on computer scripts or do online training. I may host the occasional evening visitor. I require: a private room; a bed; a table and chair; access to a toilet; and fairly dark, cool and quiet conditions for sleep. I typically shower at the gym. I have no preferences about who else lives there. The rate is negotiable. I just put something to start.
