I’m currently in the middle of a personal transition and intentionally simplifying my living situation while I plan my next chapter. I’m clean, respectful, communicative, and pretty low-drama as a housemate. I value a calm, comfortable home environment where everyone is considerate of shared spaces and each other’s schedules.

I’m independent and mindful of privacy and boundaries, but I’m also intellectual, curious, and genuinely enjoy good conversation — whether that’s talking about current events, technology, food, travel, strategy, or just life in general. I tend to get along well with a wide range of people and try to bring a grounded, positive energy to a home.

I also have teenage kids who primarily live elsewhere but may occasionally visit for a few hours each week, so I like to be transparent about that upfront. I’m also very happy to pitch in around the house, especially with cooking and meal prep, and I appreciate a shared environment where everyone contributes and communicates openly. Professionally, my background is in technology value delivery through product, program, and transformation leadership. Overall, I’m looking for a stable, respectful, adult living environment where everyone can feel comfortable and at ease.
