Hello! I’m a student at UMBC. I work at the university during the day and attend classes in the evening, so I’m rarely home and keep a very quiet, low-key lifestyle. I don’t host guests and prioritize a calm, private space to rest and recharge between my responsibilities. I’m searching for a private one-bedroom apartment or a basement unit with a private bathroom and kitchenette (shared laundry is fine). I’m not looking for a shared living situation with roommates, privacy is essential for me given my schedule. I’m a responsible, respectful tenant who pays rent on time and takes good care of the space. Happy to provide references and proof of income/funding upon request.
