Self-employed licensed contractor looking for a clean, quiet, respectful living situation in the Auburn Hills / Lake Orion / Oxford / Rochester / Clarkston area, but open to the right setup elsewhere nearby.

I’m financially stable, low drama, clean, easygoing, and value privacy and a calm environment. I mostly keep to myself, but I’m friendly and social when appropriate. My work schedule is somewhat hybrid/flexible since I’m self-employed, so I appreciate a peaceful place to recharge when I’m home.

Ideally looking for something with a bit more privacy than a typical apartment setup — walkout basement, separate entrance, split layout, guest suite, or similar would be great, but I’m open-minded if it’s the right fit. I’m not looking for a party house or a high-traffic environment.

I take good care of where I live, I’m handy around the house/property when needed, and I’m generally very respectful of other people’s space and routines. Budget is flexible depending on the setup, privacy, and overall fit.
