Hi! I’m Layn. I’m searching for a roommate as my best friend whom I now live with is getting married next month, so she’ll be moving away. I am looking to live near the Mayfaire area but am open to other nearby options as well! I’d love an apartment or a townhouse with a pool, as well as a third bedroom for guests.

A few other things about me:

Work: I am starting a new job in Leland working in Insurance. 8:30-5 in the office.

Pets: I hope to get a small (under 25 lbs), quiet, hypo-allergenic dog in the near future 🐶. I am allergic to cats.

Hobbies: I enjoy being social and love to play mah jong, go boating, and grab dinner with friends! I frequently go to Morehead City to visit family. As a Tar Heel I love watching UNC basketball! And obviously being in Wilmington I enjoy Wrightsville Beach 🏝️

Habits: I keep things clean and am pretty tidy. I’d like to have my own bathroom!
