Hello, My name is Herman, and I’m reaching out regarding the possibility of renting a room or short-term housing while I transition to a new job in the San Luis Obispo area. I am currently employed with Kings County in Hanford and will be starting a new position with San Luis Obispo County on the 26th. At this time, I am only looking for temporary housing for myself while my family and I make arrangements for a permanent move. To clarify, the rental would be for me alone — my husband and our two young children would remain in Hanford until we are able to secure suitable long-term housing for all of us to relocate together. I would also plan on returning home on weekends whenever possible. My husband and I have been together since 2014 and married for 6 years. We have been homeowners since 2016 and fully understand the importance of being respectful, reliable, and considerate tenants.
