I’m getting separated right now, looking for a low cost rental near or within Katy so I can visit my kids and be able to visit from time to time. I wish I could be having them for a nights out on the weekend promising zero-drama. Have no dogs, dont smoke, i leave early in the morning to do excercise come back in the morning to shower and leave for work north of 290. So i conmute a bit. I am pretty tidy when I use common areas and enjoy cooking; also I consider myself a handyman, so I can help out if needed. I’m a reader, love watching netflix/movies and I normally go to bed by 10. Making friends along the way will be a super plus. thanks.
