I usually work and stay busy, so I’m not loud or disruptive. I always pay rent on time and communicate clearly if anything comes up.

Ideally, I’m looking for a safe, organized home with responsible housemates. Month-to-month or flexible lease is preferred, but I’m open depending on the situation.
