I’m a former resident of Altadena. I lost my rental of 35 years there in the Eaton fire, and I’ve been doing a lot of traveling since. I need to return to L.A. for a while to handle some business and need a furnished quiet room with kitchen privileges.

I’m a visual artist and former instructor at Art Center College of Design. I’m an L.A. native and I’ve lived in the Pasadena/Altadena area most of my life. I’m a clean/tidy and organized person with good communication skills and an open friendly nature. I’m a non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drug/402 user. I’m gentle on households (I don’t tend to break or mar things) and I’m a very skilled woodworker and handy around the house. I value privacy and respect that of others, but I also enjoy being social. I don’t play loud music or make much noise.

As an artist, I have a public profile and if things look positive for us to move forward I’ll be happy to share my website and instagram to give you a better sense of me and hopefully a sense that I’m a knowable entity.

I have a high FICO score and am financially stable, and I’ll be happy to provide any references needed.
