Fairly clean(Itry not to be too ocd about cleanliness, but if you’re a slob I would probably lose it), I am pretty chill and come with an espresso machine to boot. Looking to move back to the area from WI but I have no time table. 1k is the max i would want to pay all-in. Currently paying 800, hoping for closer to 700/750. I have many hobbies and am typically not home long. I predominantly work from home as a contractor, but may go back on a locally based program in which case I would be in office. Flexible with lease dates, I’m a bit of a nomad and sometimes travel for work.
