Hi! I’m a UC San Diego student moving to Folsom this summer for an internship at Intel, and I’m looking for a comfortable, respectful living situation with female roommates only.

A little about me: I’m clean, responsible, easygoing, and considerate of shared spaces. I’m pretty organized, keep common areas tidy, and value open communication and a peaceful home environment. I’ll mostly be focused on work during the week but also enjoy exploring the area, trying new food spots, and relaxing after work.

I’m open to:

• A private room in a shared house/apartment (female household preferred)
• A summer sublease
• Teaming up with other female roommates to find and rent a place together

Preferred area: Folsom or nearby with a reasonable commute to Intel.
