Hi! I’m a CSULB student going into my sophomore year after taking some time off of school. I’m going to be a full time student and will be looking for a job as well so I will not be solely relying on financial aid. I will have help from my mother as well so I will always be up to date on payments. My mother will co-sign as well. I’m responsible and respectful of any rules and would make sure to be considerate of other housemates and keep quiet. I tend to keep to myself too and wish to have a private space. I’m LGBTQ and looking for other members and allies. I will keep any shared spaces tidy (though I do admit private ones may be a smidgen unorganized.) I hope to either bring a car with me or get one down there so private parking is very very important.
