I’ll be attending CSUN this fall for my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I’m starting to look for housing. I’m a 31-year-old male hoping to find roommates around a similar age.

My budget is $800–$1300/month, and I’m looking for a private bedroom (open to sharing a bathroom depending on the setup).

A bit about me—I’m clean, responsible, and pretty low-key. I’m hoping to find a friendly, respectful living environment that’s also conducive to studying. Not really looking for a party house.
