Looking for 1–2 female roommates to potentially rent a beautiful place on Mercer Island together. I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and value a peaceful, aesthetically pleasing home environment. I work in client-facing creative/styling spaces and appreciate people who are considerate, communicative, and emotionally mature. Ideally looking for someone who: • is financially responsible • keeps shared spaces clean • values calm energy at home • is friendly but respectful of personal space • appreciates a beautiful environment Open to finding either: • one person for a higher-end 2 bedroom or • two people for a beautiful 3 bedroom in the ~$3.5k–$4k total range Mercer Island is the ideal area because I love the quieter, cleaner atmosphere while still being close to both Seattle and Bellevue.
