A bit about me: I’m a working professional (private consultant + independent start up ventures), very clean, and pretty low-key day-to-day. I stay active (gym regularly), enjoy cooking, and really value a calm, respectful home environment. I don’t party, nor do have a partner, and tend to keep a good balance between being out and having quiet time. Currently living in SJ, but lived in SF for many years (USF Alum).

I’m ideally looking for something in the 2–3 month range with flexibility if it’s a good fit. Timing-wise I’m pretty flexible, but ideally looking at 5/15 move-in
