I’ve always handled rent and bills in past living situations. I’m big on fairness and transparency so I’ll always share screenshots/receipts so everything stays transparent! I respect privacy and expect the same in return.
I typically spend my semesters studying, working, or just hanging out. I’m a night owl and occasionally enjoy a glass or two of whiskey or wine. I don’t smoke or vape. I don’t have any pets and would prefer a pet-free living situation. Ideally, looking for someone similar and form a friendship 😊
