I’m currently looking for a female roommate to share a 2B2B or 2B1B apartment Move-in: Fall (open to finding a place together) Location: Prefer near BART (easy commute to UC Berkeley) Budget: Around $1700–1800/month per person Preference: Unfurnished apartment complexes I prefer someone who consider long term rental (2 years)

Areas / apartments I’m considering: • El Cerrito / North Oakland / North Berkeley • Such as 510 Metro, MacArthur Commons, The Emery……. (also very open to touring and deciding together!) About me: • Female, Fall transfer student (Statistics major) • Keep a regular schedule (usually sleep before 12) • Quiet lifestyle, not noisy • Very clean and organized (especially shared spaces, I love to keep it super clean)

Looking for a roommate who: • Female only • Clean and respectful 🙏 • No outdoor shoes inside the apartment (strictly) • Has a relatively regular schedule and is not too loud at night Lifestyle: • Occasionally have friends over or short stays (not frequent) • You’re welcome to do the same 👍 → Just communicate in advance, keep noise down, and clean up after • Totally fine with just being roommates, but also open to being friends and going to school together! • If you haven’t found a place yet, we can search and tour together
