Hello, I am looking for a private studio, can be a basement or ADU or some type of private entrance room with a fridge/microwave at minimum although a full kitchen is preferred. Private bath. I am female, 39 no kids or pets but dog-friendly if you have any on property. Seeking some type of private space for 3-4 months lease term reduced to $900/month or less. I am working with organizations to flee domestic violence.
