My name is Kay, and I’m excited about the opportunity to stay at your property this summer for about two months.

A little about me: I’m a student at University of San Francisco, and I’ll be in the area during the summer for an internship. I’m a respectful, clean, and responsible guest who values a quiet and comfortable living environment. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the city, and I tend to keep a fairly relaxed and low-key routine.

I will be taking good care of the space as if it were my own, and I always make sure to follow house rules and be considerate of neighbors. If there’s anything specific you’d like to know about me, I’d be happy to share more.
