Hi ! I’m Julie, and I’m an 18-year-old incoming freshman at OCC majoring in Psychology. I’m moving back to the US this year, so while I’m still getting fully comfortable with speaking English, I can understand mostly everything and communicate just fine! About my lifestyle: • Early Bird: I’m a morning person (usually up by 5:30 AM and in bed by 11:00 PM). • Clean & Organized: I love cooking and always clean up the kitchen immediately after. I’m more than happy to follow a cleaning schedule for shared spaces and bathrooms. •About my personality: I’m a balance of quiet and social. I value my privacy and a peaceful home, but I also love a house that feels “alive.” My “No-Go” on Noise: While I love a friendly and active atmosphere, I’m not a fan of loud parties or constant loud music at home. I prefer a space where we can be social but also respect each other’s “quiet hours”. • Bonus Skills: I enjoy photography and DIY crafts. Thanks to my dad, I also have some basic knowledge of mechanical repairs—so if something small breaks or your car needs basic maintenance, I might be able to help out! •What I’m looking for: I’m looking for a roommate who values privacy but also enjoys occasional chats or shared meals. I’m emotionally stable, easy-going, and believe in calm communication if any conflicts arise. P.S. I love animals! I’m totally fine with pets, though I’m a bit scared of reptiles 😅
