My roommates and I are respectful, clean, and pretty easy to live with. We’re mostly focused on school/work, so we’re not the type to cause problems or be loud all the time. We communicate well, keep shared spaces organized, and are considerate of other people’s schedules and space. We’re also friendly and social, so the apartment would have a good atmosphere without being chaotic. Overall, we’d just be reliable tenants and good people to live around.
