Looking for an unfurnished room to rent between north Austin, Pflugerville or Round Rock. About me: My name is Juan, gay male respectable, hard working, responsible and dependable. My roommate and i lost our jobs last month, but rent won’t be an issue. I’ve started working so i am very dependable. He lost his house so I’m looking no later than Tuesday May 12th. I know it’s hard to just trust a stranger but I can promise safety and dependability. If I had family here it would be easy but unfortunately it’s just me. I keep to myself, don’t drink or do any drugs, I don’t party or bring any guests. I keep common areas clean and respect everyone’s spaces. I’m looking for a May 12th move in. Would love to keep ABP rent between $700 and $900 but realistic about cost of living. I know it’s expensive out here. I have my own bed and such so an unfurnished room is ideal. I have no family of my own, no pets but I’m good around them and try to be a good roommate. I can get recommendations from my old roommate in Round Rock. Willing to meet and interview to see if it’s a good match. I am gay and I bring that up because I don’t want to cause any uncomfortable situations.
