I’m a 50ish single guy who’s quiet, clean, and respectful by nature. I work overnights as a security guard, so I’m out of the house when most people are home — and asleep or working quietly during the day. I’m also building a small astrology consulting practice, with all client meetings done online via Zoom (never in person at home). I keep to myself but I’m friendly when our paths cross. No pets, non-smoker, no parties, no drama. I cook simple meals, clean up after myself, and respect shared spaces. My fiancée lives nearby and would visit occasionally. Looking for a stable, peaceful base for the next few months while my fiancée and I find a longer-term place together.
