Hi I’m Josh, I think Im a great roommate because I always keep communal spaces clean, respect my roommates boundaries and always pay rent on time. I can be a home body at times, but always appreciate a good night out. I enjoy my own private space as well as having friends over occasionally. Very communicative and willing to compromise on most things whether that be noise level or chore allocation. Im super into reading, music and playing guitar (noise wont be a problem), movies, and food. I have one neutered cat named Solidus who is very friendly and well behaved.
